Cognitive Decline Could Be Staved Off With Mltivitamins

Here's today's feel-good story:

For three years, more than 2,200 participants aged 65 and older were followed in a study. The study was to show that those taking a supplement, like a multivitamin, were found to have a significant reduction in cognitive decline.

The research in the study showed that the decline could be slowed by almost 60 percent or 1.8 years.
