Man Who Saved Children In Blizzard Gets Super Bowl Tickets From Buffalo

A man who saved 24 people by breaking into a school in upstate New York during what was called the "worst storm in a generation" was given Super Bowl tickets by his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills.

Jay Withey is a 27-year-old mechanic and hero who received the reward for his life-saving actions from the team in collaboration with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

“We love you. We know what you did on Christmas Eve was very heroic, and you’re our hero,” said legendary former Bills running back Thurman Thomas.

“I can’t believe how far [the news of his deed] got. I got thank you letters from Australia, it’s wild,”
