Reading Books Can Add Two Years To Your Life According To New Yale Study

Here's Today's Feel-Good Story:

A new study by Yale University has found that those that read books live an average of 23 months longer than those that do not read books.

The National Institute on Aging’s Health and Retirement Study provided the data for the study and observed 3,635 subjects over the age of 50 for 12 years.

The authors of the study stated, “Efforts to redirect leisure time into books could prove to be beneficial in terms of survival for this population.”
