Here's Today's Feel-Good Story:
After Emily Dickerson lost a ring that contained her father's ashes in a jewel, the park supervisor where she last left them made every effort to track them down.
Emily left them in a box at the beach that was thrown out by mistake, and Laura Perez, the parks operation supervisor, led a team through some dumpster diving to find them for Emily.
“We’re talking about four rings in a hot, nasty dumpster,” Koch told the Post in the aftermath. “I’m blown away. I don’t have enough praise for these people.”
