A survey of 2,000 Americans has shed some light on the important elements of Valentine's Day. 58% think that dessert is the most important part of the date, and 33% of people want to be picked up at home by their date.
59% of respondents say that going out to dinner is the best date, with 33% saying a movie is the best.
“While many respondents may stick with old favorites, it’s always great to look to try something new to make this Valentine’s Day special,” said a representative of HI-CHEW, the company that commissioned the survey by OnePoll.
