Happy National Mutt Day! Today we celebrate the anti-purebred and honor all mixed breeds. "Mutt" can sometimes have a negative connotation in English, but it simply means that the dog's parents were not registered and were not of the same breed! Treat your mutt to a special day, adopt one, or volunteer at a local animal shelter!
