BOTTLES ARE LIFE when you're a baby. I've been buying and filling and washing and sterilizing and refilling and holding bottles since the day Kip was born. They're used to not only fill his belly, but help him sleep through the night and soothe him in any situation. As a new mom, I had no clue what happens at the one-year checkup. Welp, it happened yesterday and we were delivered that big blow from the doc: NO MORE BOTTLES. Yep, it's time to phase out formula and bottles in favor of whole milk and sippy-cups. Fellow mamas, any tips to help us transition into this new stage? I know it ain't gonna be easy peasy.
