My friend Mike and I challenged each other to a #tacotuesday food challenge and below were the results of our own takes on the taco theme!
First, my friend Mike's tacos. Made with tofu, green pepper guacamole and cheesy quinoa. According to Mike, all of these textures combined made for a delectable dish.
Next up, my taco spaghetti. Made with ground turkey, taco seasoning, tomatoes, Velveeta, and cream of chicken soup and baked with cheddar on top. It was a creamy, cheesy, taco-y take on a pasta dish.
So based on creativity, presentation, and (imagined) taste...which of the two should win?! We can't decide ourselves! Vote in the comments!
