TMZ reports that Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has committed suicide by hanging himself at a private residence in Palos Verdes Estates in L.A. County.
His body was discovered just before 9 AM. this morning.
Chester was married with 6 children from 2 wives.
Chester steals headlines today on what would have been his close friend's Chris Cornell's 53rd birthday. Cornell also hung himself back in May.
