Here's today's feel-good story:
A new survey shows that 90% of Americans that have contributed to charity feel good about themselves when they give back.
The survey reveals that most people think that a good deed is an action that makes someone else feel good, or benefits someone other than themself.
Respondents of the survey say that helping someone with a task, saying "good morning", holding the door for someone, or donating to someone in need are all deeds that are likely to transform your own day.
