Yesterday the two teams that would be facing off in this year's Super Bowl became official with the New England Patriots defeating the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams defeating the New Orleans Saints. The New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams will face off at Super Bowl LIII on February 3rd, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. Now that the competing teams have been settled, we can focus on more important things - like the beloved Super Bowl commercials that many Americans care more about than the game itself. With a star studded lineup of movies coming out in the coming months, it can be assumed that some big name movies may take advantage of the Super Bowl's enormous viewership and air some previously released and possibly even never before seen trailers. While nothing is confirmed yet, here are some of the movies that make the most sense to be dropping trailers during Super Bowl LIII.
- Captain Marvel
- Alita: Battle Angel
- The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part
- Pet Semetary
And of course, Avengers: Endgame is one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2019 - and with one trailer already released, Super Bowl LIII would be the perfect time for Marvel to drop a brand new trailer.
