An Instagram account with a Hannah Montana handle (@hannahmontana) has been created and the internet is SHOOK because fans think Miley Cyrus is returning to her blonde and bedazzled alter-ego. Just passing the 13th anniversary of the show, Hannah Montana, the account already has 23.2k followers and a rumored follow from the Nothing Breaks Like A Heart singer which is a HUGE sign that this could be true.
