I kinda want to move to Minnesota for state fair season! The food that is being added to this year's festival looks absolutely amazing! You have to be a mad scientist to think up some of these combos, but OMG do they all look delicious! If you find yourself at the fair from August 22 through September 2, you'll have a field day stopping by the concession stands.
Some of the new menu items are: Boozy Berries & Barb Trifle, Breakfast Potato Skins, Fried Tacos on a Stick, Lamb T-Bone Chops, Nordic Waffles' Pebbles & Bam Bam...I mean, if those alone don't make you want to hop a plane and head to Minnesota...maybe these pics will!!
