Jack Antonoff has reportedly already moved on from Lena Dunham after calling it quits with the actress last month after nearly six years of dating. According to Us Weekly, the musician has started dating someone.
“The relationship is done and he has moved on … as in he is seeing someone else,” Us reports, adding that his new love is also a musician.
That said, Lena is doing just fine. The Girls actress took to Instagram after the news broke and shared her inspiring take on calling it quits.
“Starting over is the beautiful moment when you choose yourself,” she shared on Instagram, along with the caption: “❤️ forever love ❤️.”
Lena added that she has no ill will about her longtime boyfriend.
“I’m wearing this ring that Jack gave me … and I’ll always wear it,” she said during an Instagram live. “Because love is a really cool, powerful, eternal thing. It doesn’t have to be defined the way, we in Western culture, define it as beginnings and ends.”
