Celebrities Reading Texts From Their Mom Is Hilarious

We know a lot about celebrities thanks to social media, but it's not every day that we get to peak inside their phones and read the text messages their mothers have sent them.

But leave it to Jimmy Kimmel to pull off the perfect Mother's Day video and get some major celebrities like Katy Perry, Kourtney Kardashian, and Billie Eilish to read what their moms are sending them.

Katy's mom sent her a length text with relationship advice:

“Feather, teamwork when you are cohabbing makes the dream work... You know dad and mom love you and want the best for you But in any relationship a man has to take the lead Even if you only let him think he is the man is the head but the woman is the neck that turns the head you just have to do it where he doesn’t think you’re doing it kind of like turning a sail on a sailboat in the wind subtle but it’ll start to glide you two should rent a sailboat together and see how it feels I would do that with you anytime.”

And Stranger Things' David Harbour revealed that his mom had been asking him to send her "free stuff" - which he admitted he did not do.

“David love you lots Will you send me anything you can find for free?????? thank you so much–thank you. pens, key chains Are you having fun?? Love you love you. Mom.”

And then Kourtney Kardashian revealed she had ignored her own mom, the mom of all mom's, Kris Jenner's texts for DAYS in a row.

It started with a simple: “Can you come over for dinner tomorrow at 7?”

The day after, Kris sent another text: “You never answer me, I asked do you wanna come for dinner at 7?”

And finally, she just said: “I hope you will come for dinner.”

BTW, Khloe called Kourtney out for this one.

This video is genius. We all get hilarious texts from our moms! What's the most recent thing your mom has sent you??
