It's been a 3 days since Amy Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer welcomed their son - or their own "royal baby" as they called him - to the world.
And Amy seems to be jumping riiiight into motherhood, as we all had to. I mean let's face it, we're pregnant for 9 months and then all of a sudden, the baby is born! And we have to figure out what we're doing!
Since he was born, Amy has shared a couple photos of her son. The first to announce his birth, the second to announce his sweet name, Gene Attell Fischer and now to share a late night selfie with Gene.
And yep, that's mom life right there for you!
Of course Amy brings the humor to everything she does, captioning the selfie "new kid, who dis?"
She also brought some humor to her labor by stopping by the Met Gala getting set up on her way to the hospital to have her son - seriously.
She shared a photo of her crashing the Met Gala pink carpet before she even announced the birth of her son, but in that caption she wrote "Met Gala look this year. Last night on my way to the hospital" which alerted everyone that she had likely gone into labor and was a mom by the time she shared the hilarious photo. Why else would she be have been heading to the hospital at night?!
This week was a huuuge week for babies.
First, Amy and Chris welcomed their son Gene, who let's face it, we've all been waiting to meet since she announced... because this kid is destined to either be hilarious or a great chef. Or both!
Then, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed their son, Archie Harrison, into the world (and waited 2 days to show him off, which is pretty wild for royals!)
And now! Reports are saying that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate is in labor with their son! How many baby boys can the celeb world handle at once?!
