Proof Amy Schumer Is Going To Be The Realest Mom On Instagram

2018 Tony Awards - Red Carpet

It's only been a little over a week since Amy Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer welcomed their newborn baby Gene into the world, but she's already taking to Instagram and proving that she might be the mom to keep it the most real... just about ever.

And thanks to Instagram we all get to follow along every real moment with her.

It all began with how honest she was about her less than glamorous pregnancy where she threw up "every day" due to having hyperemesis. Amy has been vocal about the fact that she's "still sick" because very little research money goes towards things like hyperemesis and endometriosis.

Amy also shared a selfie the one day of her pregnancy that she didn't puke, and she didn't hold anything back.

Now, since she welcomed her son Gene, she has continued to be real as possible. She shared a hilarious photo of her "Met Gala look this year" - as she happened to run into the Met Gala set up on her way to the hospital.

Then she shared a photo of she, Chris, and Gene in the hospital room, the morning after the birth.

Then she shared a photo with Gene in the middle of the night - likely in the midst of a middle of the night feeding.

Aaaaand her latest post, well that's the kicker.

She shared what looks like a sweet photo of a friend holding her son... but if you look in the background, there's Amy! Hospital gown, IV bag... sitting on the toilet.

Naturally, she captioned it "Milf alert 1 o'clock"

L O L.

Look, if there were photos of every moment in the hospital, this would be photos that evvvvery mom would have. It isn't all sunshine and butterflies, even when you're that excited and happy to have your new baby.

Thank you Amy! Showing the world what motherhood really looks like sometimes.
