The Westerville-Polaris restaurant is owned and operated by first-time Chicken Salad Chick franchise owner Jen Crichfield. Her father, Larry Romanoff, will serve as her operations partner.
Chicken Salad Chick was established in 2008 in the kitchen of founder Stacy Brown. With a basket on her arm and four different chicken salad flavors in hand, Brown embarked on her door-to-door delivery service.
Stacy launched her first restaurant with the business expertise of her future husband and fellow founder, Kevin Brown and now the company has more than 120 restaurants across the country!
Chicken Salad Chick has 12 original chicken salad flavors to choose from, as well as gourmet soups, flavorful side salads and freshly-baked desserts!
Each chicken salad flavor is named after a special woman in Stacy's life!
Chicken Salad Chick offers to-go options for people on the go and for larger events, offers catering services with salads by the pound, specialty platters and box lunches.
