An alleged video shows what appears to possibly be the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max leaked one week prior to its official launch.
The 10-second clip shared on the Chinese social media platform Weibo shows a worker lifting what appears to be a large silver iPhone, revealing a camera island and redesigned back panel showing the Apple logo, before repeating the process with similar units in other colors. The footage hasn't been authenticated, however, teases some major redesigns for Apple's latest iPhone release.
Apple didn't publicly comment on the video ahead of the scheduled "Awe Dropping" event at its headquarters in Cupertino, California, next Tuesday (August 9), where the iPhone 17 is expected to debut.
The alleged iPhone 17 in the leaked video has a camera bar that appears to be more similar to the Google Pixel than past incarnations of the Apple iPhone with three main lenses in a triangular cluster and smaller sensors. The phones also appear to have various color options including silver, black, bronze, navy and gray, as previously teased by MacWorld.com.
Apple is also rumored to potentially offer the super-slim iPhone 17 Air, which is rumored to be its thinnest phone ever produced at an estimated 5.5mm.
